LiveChat integrates with Highrise

LiveChat is live chat software that enables sales representatives to contact customers on a website. It's now integrated with Highrise. Features include:

  • add a note to the existing contact. By default we search for contacts using pre-chat survey data
  • search for desired contact if default results were not satisfying
  • add a new person using pre-chat survey data
  • add a new deal with chat transcript as a note
