Starting last Friday (12/3/10), email sent from our products to Yahoo! email addresses was flagged as spam and blocked. This included yahoo.com addresses as well as Yahoo! Small Business email addresses.
After many attempts to get this corrected, we finally got through to Yahoo! and worked on a fix. Messages are now being delivered to Yahoo! email addresses again. We’ll continue keeping an eye on this to make sure all customers continue receiving their notifications.
We’re very sorry for this interruption and we’re working hard to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
