New and improved help and forums

Bc_helpWe recently launched a brand new Basecamp help section chock full of useful answers, screenshots, and videos to help you get back on track if you ever get confused. We hope you won't need it, but if you do it's there to help.

We also redesigned the forums (Basecamp forum, Highrise forum) to give them a cleaner, whiter design that focuses on the content that really matters. If you haven't yet dropped by the forums, go on and check 'em out (and feel free to chime in too!).
