Save time with To-Do List Templates in Basecamp

Are you a Basecamp customer who performs the same tasks regularly for different projects? If so, save time by using To-Do List Templates. This handy feature lets you create to-do lists and then add them easily to any project.

To give you a taste, here are a couple of reusable lists that we've found useful...

to-do list templates

Our book Getting Real is being translated into dozens of different languages. This handy template shown above saves us time in tracking the translation progress. We pop it in for each different language, add in the name of the translator for each chapter, and check off each one as they're done.

to-do list templates

Above is a template that includes a list of questions from the Visa CISP PCI self-assessment questionnaire. Entering this every time would be a big pain in the neck. Templates save the day again.
